I recently made a donation to the science department at San Francisco State. The money was earmarked for students to attend conferences in their field. The first time I attended a conference as an undergraduate in psychology it knocked me out. I wanted other students to have that experience too. Last week I was invited to a meeting in the new science building hosted by department chair Dr. Carmen Domingo to meet two of the students who used the travel awards. Here is a video of our meeting.
